my family tries to be vegan (it’s generally the original lifestyle of the humans before we evolved into us right now).

gorillas are the closest current animal to what we used to be before we evolved. gorillas ate leaves and plants (etc.)
now, since humans have been eating meat, we have evolved to have better digestion ways than we used to. meat still isnt good for you, but its better than it was when we were Homo sapiens.

my younger brother is lactose intolerant, (well used to be but still eats vegan yogurt and stuff)
i absolutely hate milk, and ill use almond milk in baking. but at other peoples houses (like my friends birthdays) ill eat the cake they have.
to be honest, i haven’t had straight milk in years. cheese and meat are a treat (friends cookout or traveling to try different foods)
since the increasing price of eggs, we got chickens of our own. my neighborhood doesnt allow roosters (we live in a pretty fancy place with decently large houses and wealthier people) so we only have hens.
without the rooster the eggs would just sit there, unused. or the hens would eat the eggs which isnt good for them.

my family has many pets (frog, gecko x3, bunny x3, hen x7, cat, bird, (cat and bird get along super well surprisingly)). we dont tend to eat eggs often so we sell them to other houses if we have too many and also use it in baking, and my mother makes vegan meals. although occasionally i will eat school lunch on a field trip / if i forgot my lunch. (i also do jazz band so i tend to forgot more often than the next person because i have to be at school by 6:30 am or so)

our animals are super human friendly and happy. our chickens are super friendly too. they don’t run and you can just pick them up whenever. 😅although our rescue cat is super sick and we dont know how much she is going to live 😞

please ignore any typos 😅😅 i have Auto-Capitalized turned off, and i’m in Iceland right now on a trip, and its 12:11 AM so im a bit tired 😂. i wanted to type this out before i forget

by the way, i wanted to add that i’m not personally religious, but my beliefs surround a more paganism/atheist mix.
(aka we celebrate the moon and do meditation, crystals, and herbs, but i don’t believe in pagan gods)
i just wanted to mention that as i’ve heard ‘God’ used several times while following this channel and i didnt want to be an assumed christian.

So when you say you hate god its really disrespectful and maybe a sin to get it out there i have never read the bible but i still think we cannot say stuff like that towards him because he created animals for reason and thats to eat them.
