Lost Ark Bot farm in China

I stopped playing lost ark due to all the bots I were seeing in game. This video is really eye opening to see where the bots on my server might be coming from.

do the also bot raids? i have feeling a lot people dont even play the spend more time complaining in chat about others how the play, i dont understand how the can do mecanics and type in chat without the chat been effected by key inputs ?
