You are making this bird very agitated! He is very small and you are very big and he sees you as a threat to him and his partner! He feels threatened by your hand movements and that is why he is trying to bite you! I have 9 birds and have been raising them for years !

It isn't angry, it's scared because it isn't tame yet, It sounds young.

You have to keep your hand there so it will get tired and get used to it. If you keep moving it away when it screams or pecks, it will just think it's doing a good job and keep behaving like that.
