Other way is to use the CUSTOMIZER for me works and no frozen the menu. You can try editing there in the CUSTOMIZER of your website. Greatings!

Hi Kori, my menu freezes on the front end only in the mobile responsive mode. Everything else works fine and all plugins are updated. When I touch the hamburger menu icon, the menu drops down but most of the menu words disappear. Then when i tap the blank white space a few times, a menu word will show up, then i tap again and another word shows up etc. Thanks for your thoughts.

What would you suggest to do if my menu doesn't navigate anywhere once it's live and I have disabled all plugins and gone back to the Twenty Nineteen them and it's still not navigating? I can click, but it doesn't do anything.

damn, this is not related to my problem. it is the left hand side dashboard menus that are non-clickable and aren't working. can't even access media centre.

You haven't given a solution. I have done all updates, switched theme and turned off all pljgin. Still cant drag n drop

I have a problem with my site, the menu which shows the description/additional info/reviews on product pages is frozen and unusable. Everything in my store is up to date, including word press and the theme i am using. The thing is, on other websites using this theme, including my other websites, they do not have this problem and they are all fully up to date as well. However if i switch themes on my current website, the issue goes away. But I really like this theme and I don't understand why only this website has this issue.
I have tried to contact the theme makers and did not get a reply. I have tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling but the issue is still there. I have tried deactivating all my plugins but still doesn't work. I only started having this problem a few weeks ago and I cannot find a way to fix it, but I am very confused as other websites with the theme have no problem.
If you have any ideas and could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
