Believe it or not; This is actually my cure against insomnia.
After listening and relaxing a while, it starts getting hard to follow the story, and it sounds kinda like if I'm on the bottom of a well, and hear the voice coming from the surface above, with increasing distance. Lower and lower... and lower... And then lights out. Works every time. I have tried listening to other stuff like scientific lectures, music.... you name it. It doesn't work. Apparently I need creepy stuff to relax.
