Mumia Abu-Jamal is a radio journalist renowned for his fearless reporting on police brutality in Philadelphia, the MOVE Organization and the joint Philadelphia-Pennsylvania-Federal operation dropping a bomb on the MOVE residential home in Philadelphia in 1985. This unprecedented action killed 11 people, leveled two blocks and left 250 people homeless.
