The Roti titab Kelantan is a thick slice of toast which has a half cooked egg in the center and then a kaya butter or a coconut spread which is dotted on the four corners of the toast. With the Kaya jam it just works really well. It gives it a nice bit of sweetness. Kopitiam Kita is the home of the original Roti titab Kopitiam Kita. The owner, Mr Wong has a model of his signature dish and he takes photos of it with all of his customers.
