Chadd is an inspiration. Pain can teach us and pain can humble us, but pain is also something a man deals with as he gets older. Especially those of us that have pushed our bodies to the extreme or have neglected them. Unfortunately I have been on both ends of that, I'm dealing with it now and it's difficult. I'm just grateful to God that I still have a body. Thank you Lord for this pain, it means I'm still alive.

I don't have choice bro! But it is written, "the Lord is my strength." Man, cause we get weak, tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, hard to be human. But like yourself brother, those of us that know our obligations as men, husbands, fathers, brothers, uncles, etc...know deep down inside we hear God speak, softly. You could almost hear Joshua chapter 1 being whispered in your spiritual ears brother. I appreciate your videos. Been listening to you and Goggins for years man. This world is so hard. These videos for people like me, are as a glass of fresh cold water. Hydrating my dehydrated soul. Joshua chapter 1 💪🏻

I have stage 4 bone cancer and last year, I had to stop running and found out I had osteoporosis, a fractured sacrum, and five fractured vertebrae in my lower back. They said I'd never run distance again. Today, I've planned to cycle 30 miles though and I work out on a bike trainer every day as well as do body weight exercises. I just bought a near new looking solo flex for $50 bucks with all attachments and weight bands and have started using it as well. What choice do I have but lay in the bed and die? Not a chance. Especially when I just bought my first carbon road bike (also used but in immaculate condition, a Cannondale Synapse Carbon 5) and cannot wait to hit the road again!
