I think you forgot the epsilon not in the end (for perpendicular field)

I have some doubt Sir..Plz clear it..
1) Why energy density is different in both medium? Is it not against the law of energy conservation..
2) It is said that 'D' is medium independent, then why its value is changing on changing medium..Why Magnitudewise D is not same??
