We had a restaurant in Chicago named mr. Stephan's back in the day that made a hotdog like that was Called a frankcheesie with or without the bell pepper's and Onion's delicioso!! Stay tuned.

I love bacon hot dogs long time ago we used to travel to Buffalo New York and there was a place called Texas red-hots hot dog chili and the yellow cheese like Velveeta hotdogs and bacon I'm going to have to make some at home I never think to do that
