If anybody falsely lodged NC case against one person say Mr. A, how are Mr. A can cancell false ncr or how ncr is triable. PLS provide details of it with law provision along with latest case laws if any.

Sir, electricity department lodged F.I.R. against a contract worker.It is alleged that he collected the cash from the consumers, instead of depositing their bills by cash, he made the deposit from his bank account in the form cheque which subsequently dishonoured.The alleged cheques were never dishonoured in fact and are not presented by I.O. in the court. Please suggest me what should I do during pendency of trial.I have been released on bail in section 420 & 409.
