The pond is really looking good. One thing that you might want to do is send the well water to the hatcheries first as the fresh water will help the fry to grow faster. Then link the two hatcheries together with the filters in the middle. Then run you a drainage pipe from the second hatchery to the main pond. It will help keep the hatcheries clean and run all the extra food to the main pond. As an added bonus make a waterfall at the main pond with the drainage so it will help bring air into the pond.

I think it looks pretty good. The concrete was dry looking wondering if they thought it would rain later. Definitely could have sprayed the concrete and worked the board while wet it will create a suction automatically leveling the concrete. After it dries a bit which it was to begin with. Use a broom to add texture for your tire grip. You had the right concept. Doesn't look half bad for a boat ramp. Can't wait to see the thing full of water, get some established water plants and some trees planted for landscaping/shaded fishing spots. Maybe start building a large dock, then you can place the feeder on the dock. Need to install a Zipline that drops you on a floating dock halfway in the middle of the pond. If you can't make the distance you fall in the middle of the pond.
