Paul McCartney - 'GOT BACK' Tour Mural in Newcastle, NSW

Paul made a spontaneous stop on the streets of Newcastle, Australia, leaving fans in awe. En route to his concert at the McDonald Jones Stadium, he paused to admire a 160sq m mural created by local artist Mitch Revs to commemorate Paul's first Newcastle show.

The mural, a hot topic in the city, drew in visitors, and they weren't disappointed when the Paul himself decided to make an appearance. Joining in the artistic fun, Paul added a personal touch with a smiley face and his initials.

Mitch, deeply moved by the experience, shares, "Meeting Paul was surreal. His genuine nature and willingness to engage, even on a busy day, shows who he truly is. Forever grateful for this memory!" Watch the surprise unfold here!
