Heads up: if you’ve changed your name, please visit your nearest branch to verify your identity. You’ll need to walk with your new photo ID and supporting legal documents e.g. deed poll, marriage or divorce certificates. You’ll also need to provide proof of income. If employed: a job letter or most recent pay slip (not older than 3 months). If self employed: you’ll need to provide proof of business registration and a bank statement for your business account.
