How I cleared 5x AWS cert in first attempt - 7 simple steps

Sharing my framework which contains 7 straightforward steps which I followed to clear 5 x AWS certificates and it worked.

AWS Roadmap :

Outline:
Step 1: Choosing right cert
1st Choose the cert which is relevant to you , your job role , where your passion lies in. Major mistake people do is choosing multiple cert at once and lost in track.
AWS offers versatile of cert , and can take any cert in order but my recommendation begin with associate , then professional and can widen to speciality to get the base strong.

Step 2: Study guide
- Go through exam topics listed in exam section
- which gives you clear clarity what domains , what tasks , what services you will be tested.
- you don’t need to worry about excluded services

Step 3 - One course
Buy any one course. Preferably udemy choose it based on reviews from past learners
Even if you have access to more than one learning platform just follow any one at end of day syllabus remains same
If you feel boredom swap section and learn , eg: if storage is too much explore services on serverless . beauty of AWS you can learn in any order
Step 4 - Note taking
Take notes in parallel
I prefer note taking tools like Notion , where you can well categorised and updates your notes any time in future.
Where as in analog way will be hard to maintain for long run. Remember cert has expiry of 3 years to make the renewal easy always stay updated
Step 5 - Mock exams
To get the taste of exam and to identify where exactly you lag. Which topic? Mock exams will come handy
Stay away from dumps.
My recommended sites - Jon bonso from udemy and whizlabs (sr: jon bonso and udemy)
Step 6 - Feedback
Go through the mock exams , while writing ensure to use mark for review for doubtful queries so you can later review them
I would focus on incorrect and marked for review to save time assuming what you thought right went right
Each questions will contain reference link so deepdive on it and update the notes which we took digitally
No courses cover 100% topics there is always some gap which can be filled in this process

Step 7 - Booking the slot
Based on your availability book your slot. AWS supports you taking exams from home
My recommendation book 4 weeks from you start taking mocks , if you can do more sooner that varies from person to person
People say if you score more than 80% in exams you are all set.
At last min if you feel you are lagging you can still reschedule your exam

Thanks tor sharing. I have passed SA associate last year and planning to do pro in 6 months. Do u think doing devops and sysops associate first will help me prepare better for SA pro. TIA
