Hello, Sir. I have Sricam/ Srihome H08. That's the Old or New one?

Becuz in the VMS, When I successfully added the IP, the password status was listed as invalid. Any tips or suggestions?

Does the Srihome app have fast forward and rewind option on playback? Or is it drag manually like the old Sricam app?

Mine won't record automatically via sd card. Yhe unit can read the sd but it wont record automatically. Please help

did you get the LAN cable to connect it with your router? I think it's necessary to connect the camera to the router just the first time, right? Is it an rj45 connector on both ends of the cable?

The camera is shooting continuously on the card, don't I have to make any settings for it?

Hiya, on the VMS the cameras are VERY laggy, and pretty unusable. What do you think has caused this? Do you think it’s being logged into the mobile app and VMS? Thanks.

Hi, I just bought my srihome sp017.I only have mobile app..may i know how to check on website?secondly, may I know how many watts or usage does this cctv use..third, can i use extension socket for this cctv.forth, how to increase the owner voice so that the receiver (audience)can hear me when i talk.lastly, why right down corner of my view have black box...how to remove it..please help me..🙏🥺

I dont like the quality of the shown footage much. I know the price is cheap. I also ordered a cheap SH037. If I receive it in Days, and the quality is not as described by srihome and seller. It goes instantly on return and refund. I expect quality as advertised. Got 5g fiber connection and 5g supoorted devices to operate the cam. So if the quality is less as promissed and showed in demo video's. I simply return it.
