Ok, so, we have a repeat of last year, where decisions were made to postpone non-essential surgeries and keep staff at home. Also, lets discuss that we have a severe shortage in the number of nurses. (and that reason) Have seen too many nurses quit or reduce their hours due to being burnt out last year. Almost all the ones in the local area are raising wages to hire new nurses and keep those that they have.

All of this could have been prevented with just a bit more cooperation from the unvaccinated. The fact that these people are having their surgeries postponed/cancelled is unacceptable; too many people who think they know more than doctors and scientists have put the health care system on the verge of collapse, and it is a tragedy!
