If they consider only kcet marks it's injustice for freshers. Repeaters had 1 year to prepare and freshers had to manage both boards and Kcet. Moreover only 1 month to prepare for kcet and now if they consider only kcet bcoz of those 25k repeaters it'll be injustice for 1.8lac freshers. Our ranks will change in big margins.. think practically

HC decision is welcome, but has harmed the freshers in one way or the other. They are harrassed both ways by conducting their exams and also by ranks in KCET which is going to be reshuffled. The repeaters were given their PUC marks based on their previous results and not Board Exams, this boosted their marks at Board Exams. Then they had plenty of time to prepare for KCET, this also boosted their marks. Let the KEA conduct written Exams for those 25000 approximately, and consider their marks.
The decision has many flaws.
Hence further KEA should announce the decision well before conducting the exams. Dropping and appearing g has become a big business for the COACHING institutes. The regular and economically poor students cannot afford one year if loss and huge fees of coaching. The learned judges should have also considered such other matters
before judgement...

Repeaters should take this issue to Supreme court it may cost abt 10-20k but still better than spending 40 lakhs for management seats
