I love tht Alicia is channeling Melina in her matches now... makes me smile every time I see her in the ring cuz I know tht she's not gonna let me down with Melina's moveset, with her own original twist. I LOVE YOU ALICIA!!!

I feel like this is when the division was dying. WWE made huge mistakes in 2011 such as releasing Maryse, Melina etc. Beth should’ve held the Divas Championship up until SummerSlam 2012, and then dropped it to a believable threat in TaMiNa SNuKa. As good as Layla was, it just wasn’t believable that she was able to beat Beth after how dominant she was. Layla should’ve dethroned TaMiNa in late 2012 instead. In doing so, perhaps WWE would not have lost such big stars like Beth and Eve in such a short period of time. But damn, this was almost the funeral of the Divas Division. The WWE clearly didn’t care one bit, and all the big stars were leaving. No wonder someone like Kaitlyn won the title so soon.
