There was a restaurant in Chicago a few years back called snarfs. The workers told me the owner was a Thundercat's fan and named it after the character.

Although I always wanted Snarf as a buddy when I was a kid, he is actually Lion o's nanny. Poor thing was always getting high blood pressure from Lion O's brushes with danger.

I loved Snarf. Sure he was an old worrywart but that's what made him funny. Just watching him freak out and lose his mind over so many small things. But when it came time he was always someone you could count on.
