Minnesota Sea Grant partnered with Spark-Y, a non-profit in northeast, Minneapolis, Minnesota, that empowers youth through hands-on education rooted in sustainability and entrepreneurship, to teach youth how to cook Tasty Fish Tacos, a recipe from the Spark-Y Cookbook.
