Definitely nice to have but definitely also not essentially necessary, even the FWDs. My uncle has a Model X and he let me use it a few times. Getting in and out of the second or third row in that car makes it feel like a full CrossFit workout in any other car. But it does cause more problems than create solutions as in Tesla just can’t get it out right.
