How to Add Contact Form on Blogger

In this video tutorial you will learn how to add a Contact Me form to your blog on Blogger. This particular tutorial will show you how to add a contact form in the form of a separate Page rather than on the sidebar of your blog.

Hi @NathanRose sorry for the delay. I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you saying you could not find the widget when you tried to insert it on your blog? First, you have to insert the "Contact Form" widget which you will see on the right sidebar (if you have the same design as mine). Then insert a separate page. Once you do so, edit the template and the HTML code. The extra spacing should not be an issue. Make sure you follow the exact steps. Hope you manage to get it done!

Hi Sudeep, I checked your blog. Looks good, now you can add content to it. In terms of the Contact form, make sure that the message didn't end up in your Spam folder. Also, make sure that the email address you've linked your blog to is the correct

I just removed the Contact from from the side bar and created it again and now it works.. Great You are a Real Support Anthony.

Hello. I did every step just like you but when I hit View Blog, there is no tab created. After playing around with it for another 15 mins I went back into "pages" and noticed there is a drop down that says "show pages as" then by default it has already selected "don't show". I changed that to the option "top tabs", hit save, and now my Contact Me page is showing. Maybe you could add this in your tutorial so nobody else runs into this problem. Thanks for the video, it was a great help!

Hi Anthony, I'm having another problem now. I was able to add the tab but when I click on it, it does nothing except refresh the page. It doesn't take me to a separate page with the contact form. I hit edit then checked the code and when I hit "preview", it shows the contact form just fine. However, then when I hit "update" then "view blog" it shows the tab but does nothing when I click it. Help?

The contact page was added to my blog, but when I tested it does not send so I don't receive any confirmation that the message has been sent. Just to be sure, I also checked all the folders in my email, but nothing. Can you help me? And also, how can I add the privacy disclaimer as shown in your video? Thank you.

This looks like a great contact form. The instructions were pretty straight forward although there have been changes in the Blogger platform so some things were different. However, I am not receiving the contact request via email. Not sure what I have done wrong.

Thanks for the contact form. This was the best one I saw because another contact form would not send the message, but this one did. Still, I have a question, where does the contact(or comments) sent by the viewers stay?

Found the problem with your httml code. To all viewer, make sure you link all the code tgt and do not leave space. When you copy and paste, the blogger auto space some of the part leaving unconnected button.

Hi Anthony, This is really helpful. The only thing is that the contact form is small (suited to the side of the side bar rather than a wider 'page' size. Is there any way to make it fit to a page so it's not a tiny message box?

thanks for this, however on my form itself the typing within each field is in a white or clear font, how can I make sure the font is black so the person typing the form knows what they are typing? any help is appreciated.
