Oh geez! Thank you for this. What do I do now, though? I was about to pay for MamaBear for my 2 college kids and decided to look at a review. Yikes! Just need the basic college kid stuff...I"m mostly concerned about Medical POA. Are there any other ways to get this that you would recommend? A Mom's worst nightmare is to have their child 1000's of miles away in a medical emergency and feel powerless.

I too was about to order the mama bear forms for my 18 year old son going off to college in Mississippi. Now I'm so confused. Can't he just write a basic letter giving his father and/or I the power to make his medical decisions in the event that he can't, and go to the notary?

Darol As far as bank accounts go. If I go to all my bank accounts and list the primary beneficary and the secondary then what is the point of a will?

So there is a statement in the mama bear will regarding BOND LAST SENTENCE ARTICLE VII B STATES: I DIRECT THAT MY FIDUCIARIES SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SERVE WITHOUT my question is which online will service do you work for? You quickly skimmed over the will and didn't really read it line by line but, just assumed that sentence was missing? Your review is useless.

What about for basic forms for kids heading to college? Medical POA, financial POA and HIPAA that a parent may (but hopefully won’t) need…

Funny to watch through this long review, couple button-clicks workload was framed as a 30+ minutes video, especially no clear yes/no answer/suggestion, typical lawyer style.
The masters missed one key point here. The reason why usual citizens need cheap and clear and straightforward legal forms because legal professional intentionally created this doomed legal system to suck $. This business uses "confusing and unnecessary complex 'professional' terminology" to revoke usual personal's right to get plain, clear, straight ward and affordable legal service, instead of feeding those dudes. Anyway, only curse the system, still praise individual professionals LOL
