Hello Vada and Mr. Simple. Yes, 6000 X 6 is 36, 000 but if you had a job or life emergency you would not be funding all the same items. I’m sure jujitsu, subscriptions, investor guy would all go by the wayside for the moment. So you might be closer to $5000 a month b

I watched hockey ( GO BRUINS!!! ) and I just did some cleaning up around the home. I also chose my new college classes for the summer. English teacher or Counselor ? I haven't decided but my classes fit the criteria 😅 sometimes I feel like 30 is too old for me to still be in school. But my husband reminds me constantly that I'm fine.😂😅

My husband and I have a monthly take home pay (net) of a little over 17K and have been debt free for about two decades. This income has afforded us not only to have a full year of income as an emergency fund, we are also one year ahead on payment of all our bills. Anyone out there in America believing that a budget is unnecessary for high income individuals is ignoring the fact that their income, no matter how small or large, will be the foundation to their future economic stability and are oblivious until they hit rock bottom for their economic situation. The earlier if life you budget your income, as little as it may be, to be aware of where it is being spent, the more successful you’ll be in in your financial well-being later in life.
