Hey mate, I took my brand new v2 power meter and a brand new out of the box tramp and followed your exact procedure (direct connect using the adaptor, set the tramp to 5800 25mw and 5800, no attenuation on the power meter, but for some reason I'm only getting about 10mw output. I tried it on one of my TBS Unify's and I'm getting about 14mw. Are these all just under powered vtx's or am I doing something wrong?

Don’t buy from ImmersionRC if you expect any sort of customer service.
