The UMass Lowell North Campus Parking Garage features a four-story precast concrete parking structure built into the side of an existing parking lot embankment. The structure accommodates 644 additional spaces and is clad with combinations of terracotta and metal panel siding systems to provide both a vehicle screen and a "billboard palette" for the University's use.
