Thats an Olympic goal. Trivela or for the ones that do it (três dedos) is the shot. Olympic goal because the first recorded occurrence happen during an Olympic games. If you couldn't do it in International Superstar Soccer (the regular or the Delux) on Snes during the early 90s, you were laughed out of the livingroom.
