My buddy started lactating on Tren, that’s all I needed to see.

Great info Doc…
Going on 70 yrs old, I’m happy to get out of bed, go outside split some firewood and bring it all downstairs to heat my house.. it’s not about how I look, but how I can continue to do work…

I’m really glad I watched this. I have considered taking Tren, and testosterone, and growth hormones. However I talked to my Dr and she recommended I stay away from it all. I am taking a few amino acids and I have ran it all through her. We go to the gym to be healthy and look good, but you don’t to be one of those that goes down at 40 or 50, At 20 I never thought I would die. I’m now almost 40 and well I know I’m lifting for longevity. Longevity, mobility, and strength are all equally important. Be smart out there all

In 2018 I found myself laying on a hospital bed looking up at my wife, telling her goodbye and to live her best life… don’t play with your health, it’s not worth it and this life is short and fragile. Don’t say goodbye in your 30s

Had a friend I met on a bodybuilding forum who look great on tren. We both wanted to look like zyzz and We where both around 20 y/o. I was natty and too scared to touch any steroids at the time. He convinced me to give it a try and while I was waiting for my package to arrive he passed away in his sleep from a unknown heart condition. This stuff is bad news smh.

I legitimately suffer from low testosterone levels. My doctor put me on HRT last year. I was born with only one functioning testicle. As a boy I had to get hormone shots because I was not growing at the normal rate as other boys/males. There are some people who legitimately need HRT.

body dysmorphia is so huge among men now. it used to be women who suffer more from body image issues and now almost every guy i know goes to the gym and think they're never big enough. never enough.

I'm a medicinal chemist and I applaud your attention to accuracy when discussing concepts related to chemistry and metabolism. These are areas where physicians frankly don't normally need to be concerned with the fine details and thus they often get a lot wrong, but you've obviously consulted reliable sources. Great job. You even got the tongue-twisting pronunciations almost perfectly.

I hope you earn enough to do this kinda work fulltime cause we surely need someone like you on youtube.

I love lifting and fitness. But never even considered not staying natural. I just can't wrap my mind around the tunnel vision of using this stuff and destroying my body over it. I'm just more impressed with pushing your body to its natural limit. Rather than seeing some guy who is unbelievably huge and might die in their 40s.

hit my head during a car accident winter of 91. . Been on Androgel since and always skip a month here or there because the side effects scare the living day lights out of me, not to mention the other meds. suffice it to say. Ive spent way way much tim e in ER's fighting off infections . Be healthy and natural, and stay away from icy roads.

I'm happy I never took steroids in college. I managed to buy a bottle in college, but it sat on my shelf past expiry... I was angry I spent so much and didn't put them to use at the time, but I kept hearing about all the long term repercussions of the addictive side of steroid use (both mentally and physiologically)... It just wasn't worth it.

Edit: I forgot to mention my one roommate in college dated a guy who took steroids, it affected is sexual drive largely. My roommate didn't mind, but he had to quit because he kept hurting himself. It's a double edged sword.

Sure my progress wasn't the absolute best, but I learned so much from listening to my body and practicing with safe (and eventually effective) practice. Rest is a big key one for those who struggle to see progress, especially if they overtrain to the point that their body just can't recover... Sometimes it's even that they're not eating enough surplus to see the gains they want to see, or lifting as heavy. Way too many factors to just take the easy way out right away.

Thanks for this video, it's fantastic!

Dr Chris, I want to humbly thank you for all the informative content you put out. Not only do you delve into these topics comprehensively, but you cover them tactfully and ethically while trying to maintain an impartial view. Channels like yours often make significant influences in their own domains and I'm just glad you chose to use your influence to ethically inform your audience on the science of fitness.
