I am a Japanese.
I am not good at English, so I use the translation site and I don't understand the lyrics very well.
But even if I don't understand the lyrics, I'm kind and nostalgic.
I like this song.

When I listen to this song, I always have these two images in my head: A person is waking up in the early morning, it's cold, it's raining outside. The person gets up, packs some things and runs away from home. The person doesn't know who they are and just walks along a street with cars passing by, while the sun slowly rises. Fog is coming up and it's still cold. The person doesn't know anything, just continues walking. I always get kind of sad when I think of this, but it also gives me the feeling of safety for some reason.

The other thing is: Everytime the line 'I feel safe in the 5am light' comes up, I see myself standing in front of my house in pajamas, watching the sunrise. It's cold, foggy and everything is wet from earlier rain. I feel like a stranger, that I belong nowhere and that I'll be standing there forever.

I should probably draw that..

This song reminds me of making love, then falling asleep: of the feeling you get when you wake up the next morning before the sun rises and they're still there, arms and legs tangled with yours. When you realize that they weren't afraid of the morning after. They wanted it. They wanted to wake up with you. But the most important, and best, feeling is when you suddenly realize they meant everything they said the night before. The realization that you mean something to them.

2:30 Has such an amazing sound, all i can relate it to is one of those moments in life where you just found out something terrible has happened, and all you can do is stand there in shock. It reminds me of all the intros from ODESZA's albums that describe the purpose of electronic music to find these new sounds that exist in our head but not in nature. What a great track.

Love listening to the kind of music that makes you imagine the world through a warm tranquil sunset surrounded by trees and blue skies living inside of a kaleidoscope. If only life was as wonderful as the music I kisyen to, reality is just an endless existential abundance of worries, but this kind of music pauses my fears just for enough time to compose myself.

I fell in love with this song in the first 30 seconds. My dad died just 2 weeks ago and I find that a lot of music makes me want to cry, especially listening to it on the train while looking at the scenery outside but this song is just wonderful, I wish it were longer.
