Which of these scandals surprised you the most?

I remember the Murphy & Sullivan house. I thought the remodel $ price was overly costly for what they received. I've believed that about many of the improved houses, all designers. And the profits the designers walk away with is stupifying! Shameful greed! IMO flipping profits have caused even the lowest value houses to be jacked up in the as is price because everyone knows and wants in on the profit. Crap houses are not affordable! Thus, homeless surge.
