It’s amazing to me that you have all these vegans out there saying that this diet is unhealthy or that the people following it will have issues in the long run....that’s not to say that vegans cannot follow this I’m just sick and tired of people that have never even tried it putting keto down because it doesn’t follow their narrow view of what is healthy or not. What unhealthy thing have you EVER seen that can do this level of healing, only to kill you a few decades later??? You think if this guy started smoking that his diabetes and heart condition would’ve gotten better before it got worse??? I swear your brains.
If you wanna eat only plants, go ahead and eat only plants, nobody is stopping you, but there are many people out there like me who have tried so many different things to try to lose weight and get in control of their blood sugar and junk food addictions and depression etc to no avail that would, also like me, see miraculous results in such a short period of time with Keto. If you’re one of the people going around YouTube saying that Keto is going to lead to eventual heart disease....despite all the evidence and testimonies to the you are part of the problem, not the solution.

Diet is best when personalized to that person. Of course a person who weighed so much that he was essentially having heart failure & kidney failure is prioritized for weight loss, aka Keto Diet, first and foremost, emergent need of the body. What is beyond that may be a an alteration of that diet to meet all his long term needs of body. Keto or Vegan diet ultimately is not the longterm answer, it is a short term fix. The long term diet answer is uniquely fitted to that person and their history, ancestry, how their body functions, most often it is a mix diet, omnivore diet, as that is what our ancestors have done throughout history.
