Lastly, they had a amazing draft in the second day picking up people like Brian branch a top 15 talent in the 2nd and hendon hooker in the 3rd. So great draft!

RBs might breakdown sooner, but a top tier RB can elevate tour team for 3-5 years. They can hide an average QB by making the safeties play close to the line. When you have a stud at RB linebackers and nickel corners have to respect the play action.

picking a RB @ 8 is fine if he's the #1 RB prospect since LT. teams pick for strictly upside within top 10 so picking a sure lock for the next 7 years is smart to me. especially when youre tryna build around your young, inexperienced QB
