I have a lot of frozen BIOS too. Multiple cases make me believe that it's when people forgot to shut down windows and they close the screen. After a couple of hours or days, battery level get low while on hibernate mode, and it's when frozen bios symptoms appears

Most of my laptop repair jobs are bad hard drives or bad screens.
I haven't gotten a BIOS issue for months now.

All that it needed was to unfreeze it's bios. That would make me happy. In fact I may have one downstairs right now. Old Dell 1505.

Ham radio would be fun.. I did CB's back in the old days (when it was still only 23 channels) and it was a lot of fun especially when the skip came in.. I always wanted to do the ham radio thing.. But never seemed to get around to it.. life was so full when I was younger.. These days my memory is not so good.. I do not think I could pass any test.. But I still like to hear and watch those boys play with their toys..

I am not a repair shop but i help friends and colleagues in our lab and this problem always comes to me. So it's not the end of the world 🌍.
It even happened to my laptop after I traveled on an airplane 😧.

This problem was like my MSI GT72S's but mine doesn't turn on after bios reset. I will continue to diagnose after watching your every videos. Thanks Sorin !
