The voter purge didn't only happen in Brooklyn, but it was where it was the most prevalent. I've never been as ashamed of being a part of this city as I am now.

Brooklyn was where the most voters were purged, which is also where Bernie came from and would get most of the votes

This was my voting experience. When I gave the guy my address he told me ED 26. They didn't have my name so they told me to fill out an affidavit. I called the BOE and I found out I was actually ED 28. I wonder how many ppl this happened to who didn't call to check? This is 2016. The whole process should be automated and not left to human error.

This shows how unfair and stupid closed primaries can be, which is why I believe we need every primary to be open. Why should it matter if a registered Republican or Democrat wanted to vote outside his/her party other then to suppress those votes?
