I love my company, and I love my company's products. Every time I teach our new staffs our company products. They always asked, " Anita, As almost 99% of our users and customers are man, You are woman, Why do you still have so many passion for telecommunication and fusion splicer even 5 years passed ."
I said." I just feel like it. Woman could do telecom and engineer work too. You know 80% of our workshop workers are woman. right?"
I am selling optical fusion splicer after I graduated from college on February, 2012. Before that I even don't know what optical Fiber is, doubly optical fusion splicer. With the growing knowledge for application of optical fiber and optical products from our company. I felt more and more curious of how optical fusion splicer worked. My Colleague teached me many things about how to use fusion splicer, how to use power meter, how to use OTDR and so on. I was just not fully understood.
Untill one day, My colleagues help telecom staff network job of our office. they just use our fusion splicer to fuse the fiber and using VFL to find broken point of fiber in our office roof. I finally know how to use our products and what incredible products we are selling. We were connecting to the world.
