I lived down the street from my grade school in the early 80’s. If my dad had a day off, he would come down with my pony, Dusty, and give pony rides to the kids (it was a small school with less than 100 kids) before letting me ride him home. Great memories that could never happen today, unfortunately.

We had horses and they kept me sane. I am now 76 and widowed so I don’t have property and have downsized dramatically. I love my little house on a small lot but when I see this it fills my heart for these children.

Horse is way better then car anyday. The girl's beautiful reactions to being picked up on horse is wonderful. These moms deserve an award
