Had a conversation with a friend last week about this - my thought is that the ladder and the fear of hieghts are the only reasons they call someone for gutters. If the gutter was on the ground, they'd never call, so you have to charge for the ladder and the work. Even if it takes you 5 minutes to change a light bulb, the value to the homeowner is there.

Exactly lol I’m the only company out here that deals with the 2 story walk outs, they are all over because we’re in the hills and it’s 500$ and up
