Can’t compare the 2 Ontario way better universities health care immensely better attested to by the fact Ontario is growing people per year. Montreal used to be a great city 50 years ago however has stagnated since 1976 toronto was smaller 50 years ago now the GTA is double the GMA. Ontario certainly embraces much greater personal freedoms. Greater chances for a far better life. Fantastic lifestyle many museums sports the lake. If you want a great alternative to toronto try out Victoria Vancouver or Calgary all much better than montreal or Quebec. Quebec is cheaper to live only because it is a stagnating depressing racist place to live
