One thing I love about Toylines like this, you can literally make up storylines for them when playing with them, and use your imagination to make up stories and battles whatever you feel like, great review 👍

Thunderbolt was one of my favourite toys when I was a kid. Loved these guys.

I had the guy in purple with the skull chest plate. Was just checking out some of the M.A.S.K. toys from the 80's earlier. I had tons of G.I. Joes, Transformers, He-man, M.A.S.K., Real Ghost-busters, and TMNT toys. As well as some kind of obscure toys like Centurions, Sky Commanders, Bravestarr, and Bone Age. I played with my toys often, but always kept the figures in-tact, and never lost or broke any accessories. I had vehicles, fortresses, figures, everything. When I turned 13, and decided I was too cool to play with toys anymore, I stored them in a toy-chest in the attic. Unfortunately, in 2003, my house burnt to the ground, while I was away overnight, and resulted in a 100% total loss. All of my nostalgia erased in minutes.

It actually wasn't necessarily kids messing up the holograms with water or anything. As I understand it, the optic layers that comprise those types of holograms just degrade over time. Sadly, you'd probably even see that blurring on mint-on-card figures. All that cool 3D art just lost forever 😭

6:43 is a good look at the shield of the thunder guy. There was a store at the mall, when I was a kid in the 80's, and they sold holograms. They had them on the wall like a gallery, and you could buy em. They were expensive and small as fuck. I don't know who spent money on that shit, but it couldn't of been any worse than money spent on Cabbage Patch Kids or Beanie Babies.

Wow, I totally remember these. I thought these were really rad when I was a kid. I think the only figure that I didn't have was the lion dude. Thanks for doing a video on these. Brought back a lot of great memories.

Man I remember these! My friend had a Supernatural, I feel like these figures never got the love or attention they deserved, I don’t know if they were more popular in the US, here in the UK they must have not taken off. I’m a new subscriber, I have a YouTube channel that talks Fan Films and Films and talks potential action figures for them, thanks for this Supernaturals video, I’ll keep an eye on the channel, I didn’t know these were still so easily available I’m tempted to get one! I’m a 6inch (1/12 scale) collector but this is a nice bit of nostalgia! Cheers pal 👍
