Any of these at $45, 000 each and less, I would buy 2 and have them put together...one would be the common area and kitchen/dining area, the other would be 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

That was a good tease showing the competitive companies. It would be nice to have a video showing side by side comparisons of the houses, or at least cheapest of each company and a list of upgrades on them. For instance, the Boxable that I checked into years ago and weren't really available in a short time had high R value insulation, a bunch of appliances, a/c, heat, solar panels, that would run almost everything, was about 400 sq ft, etc., for under $50k. Edit: That would be really helpful and save your thousands of subscribers a 'lot' of time. Liked, subbed, black belled.

Most People don't know but the fine print here is: You can buy these homes for under $50k. However, they do not tell you the requirements to get these permitted on your property.

Permits, planning, installation costs, setting a foundation, adding a septic tank, water, electricity --will easily cost you more or even 2x your tiny home cost-- depending on which state and county. legally speaking.
