I’ve got an HTML and CSS interview tomorrow. While this was useful as a rough guide, some answers rely on experience that some interviewees don’t have.

I have to disagree with the bad attitude answer. It's not the employees responsibility to manage other team members, it's the manager or higher ups job to sort it out. Everyone else's job is to perform their own jobs well, not too dictate or boss around what others do inappropriately.
