You go through the process like a bat out of hell and don't give newbies a chance to understand what you are explaining. While what you are explaining is correct you just need to slow down and be more descriptive and say notarize here or a notary is required there for all of those that are just learning. Other wise great video for speed learners lol

Why did they give the buyer an extra day on the right to cancel? 4 days instead of the standard 3? I was told to call my escrow officer immediately if I ever see that.

All do respect but can you either re-post or make a video with more explicit instructions? I think its good this is how it goes every where for everything, would know if done the process while your signing you (the signer)will read a little and ask more questions duh..

I have been along term notary for several banks, I have done more loan closings than I can count, so why do I have to be a Certified Closing Agent to notarize these docs?
