Wow, making the sections flexible makes it go the extra mile.

Just what I was hoping to do but a bit scared to try. Opens up a whole new world. Hooray it works. A million thanks, Bryan

Purchased the CP73 today. Needed something lighter than my s90es to gig with along with my Hammond XK3C and Leslie 2101 (but keeping the s90es for recording as I love it).

Hello, would it be possible for you to create a video tutorial demonstrating how to achieve Elton John's signature sound on the CP88?

Only has 128 polyphony conpared to some that have 256. So does layering all 3 with effect mean there will be dropped notes?

Is this advanced mode available on YC Series??

Could you save that particular advanced mode ‘sound’ to the favourites or do you have to do the menu diving every time ?

Is there a way to apply both rotary and distortion effects on an organ sound at the same time?

So, does it mean that I can also use the efects on that section?

Can anyone comment on the sounds Yamaha have added to this via OS updates? One concern witht his piano is its relative lack of synth voices compared, say, to the Roland RD 2000 or Korg Grandstage. I understand Yamaha have added more via updates - how many, and are they any good?

I bought a CP88 a couple of weeks ago. I’m wondering if when speaker volume is low or off if it’s typical for some keys to sound more audible when pressed and released than others. I’m not talking about the keybed “thud” sound, I mean the keys themselves. I had a Roland F20 before this and the same kind of thing was the case with that one. Is this just a process of they keys “breaking in” at different rates or in different ways from each other?

Who wants more than 1 or maybe 2 or the same not in a chord voice. Yuck!
