You, the young lady in the video and Xzibit are all correct. We are not oppressed. I was hired at an important position with the company I work for long before DEI, by a white woman and some other important white folks. I was unapologetically myself and they still loved me for it. I’m an educated black man from the hood that they took a chance on based on MERIT!
