China Lifts Ban on U.S. Beef

It’s been more than 13 years after the discovery of Mad Cow disease halted U.S. beef exports to China. That ban has finally been lifted. The move is a major element of a trade deal that will also feature Chinese cooked chicken being exported to the U.S. This is potentially good news for both Chinese steak lovers and American ranchers.
