Показать описание
Kymco Vitality 50 2T - year 2007
Vario - Naraku V.2 Racing
Exhaust - Leo Vince ZX
Weights - 15x12mm 4,9g
Open air filter
Harder clutch springs
The short movie is intended for scooter tuning fans :)
I purchased the scooter as a used one with 6000 km on the odometer, and it already had a tuned Leo Vince ZX exhaust and stiffer clutch springs - in white color. The exhaust cost around 150 EUR. Additionally, I replaced the belt and the original variator with a Naraku V.2 Racing variator, which cost approximately 40 EUR. The weights were 15x12mm and weighed 4.9g, costing around 5 EUR. I also installed an open-air filter, which was priced at 5 EUR. To achieve optimal airflow for the original carburetor, I needed to narrow the air intake. The airflow was adjusted to about half of the original. The total cost of the modifications was around 200 EUR. As a result, the speed increased from 40 km/h to 90 km/h, and the fuel consumption ranged from 3 to 3.5 liters per 100 km.
In conclusion, I sold the scooter, and even after several years since the modifications, it still runs without any issues. These radical improvements didn't affect its reliability, and I could use the 50cc scooter daily, without hindering traffic, even on smaller, local roads. It could go over 70 km/h uphill and reach up to 95 km/h on flat roads, although the actual speed was around 7% lower due to the speedometer's distortion, as measured by GPS."
