We will learn about an AI approach that is based on hyperdimensional vectors - that is vectors that have hundreds of thousands, or even a million dimensions. Inspired by the way the brain works, they can be used to represent symbols and probabilistic reasoning. In this talk, we will explore Vector Symbolic Architectures by creating some basic Clojure data structures with a high performance library, (such as maps, and lists), and show how the simplicity in the algebra and form of the VSA is beautiful - not unlike LISP itself.
