An Improvised weapon can be any object that comes to hand that you can use to defend yourself with. Clive is showing a flow drill that teaches multiple striking from a fluid loop drill. You can use a marker pen, a mobile phone or any other small implement. Clive teaches "The Billy" ( similar to palm stick) as part of the Defendo instructors course

🤔🤔 On the first strike combo focused on the opponents right arm punch there are too many steps to deflect just that one strike (instead of deflecting the punch with one hand and proceeding to strike the opponent, then prepare for a second strike from the opponent with his left arm) 🤔🤔

The instructor hits his attacker 3-4 times, I keep wondering what happens in real life if you hit someone just one time with a palm stick? Is one time enough or do you really need to hit multiple times?
