Chris, in my opinion, is the kind of leader you want. He works to get the best out of you even if you don't like it. He doesn't hesitate to accept fault if he is wrong. He goes out of his way to better himself if he finds himself lacking. He doesn't compromise on his values and morals even if it's for a friend. He knows how to separate work and personal life.
